RSG Course Description:

ITS delivers the RSG (SITHGAM001) programme in QLD and this is a requirement for anyone who is directly involved with payouts and working in general with Poker machines and Gaming areas as a Gaming Attendant.

Many venues will also want their Bar and Restaurant staff to have this unit as part of employment due to the fact that they will at times come in contact with patrons in the Gaming area of venues. Essentially the course outlines how to recognise and deal with problem gamblers and what your obligations are.

The RSG Statement of Attainment is valid indefinitely and participants will gain this as the Nationally Recognised AQF Statement of Attainment for Responsible Service of Gaming.

RSG accreditation is needed to attend to gaming patrons

COST: $85 (or $80 if pre-paid and booked online)

The course is approximately 3.5 hours in duration and can be added as an option onto the Bar Skills course. Alternatively if you only need to do the RSG you can attend one of our weekly sessions, ususally held on a Wednesday afternoon.

Onsite training can also be arranged at your location for groups over 8.

Our trainer was easy to understand and more than helpful with any questions
